About Astra at La Madre Peaks
Astra is a custom-homesite enclave on the north-west edge of Summerlin, opened by Howard Hughes in 2025: a limited collection of 167 homesites across 171 acres at the base of the La Madre Peaks, on the highest point in the Las Vegas Valley, with 360-degree views and protected land around it. It sits at Lake Mead Boulevard and Park Drift Trail; the plans include a clubhouse with a pool facing the city.
Opening hours, prices and seasonal openings change, so please check with Astra at La Madre Peaks before you go.
